Overview
- Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu held a review meeting on July 5 and instructed officials to finalize preparations days before the scheduled release.
- Under Phase-1 of the Handri–Neeva Sujala Sravanthi Project, 3,850 cusecs will flow into Jeedipalli Reservoir starting July 15.
- Released water will fill the Gollapalli, Marala and Cherlopalli reservoirs before being routed for 15 days to the Penna Ahobilam Balancing Reservoir.
