Andhra Pradesh Sets June 2026 Deadline to Roll Out QR-Enabled Smart Family Cards
A statewide data push under the Family Benefit Management System will make each household a single unit for services.

- Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu directed completion of individual and family data updates by January 2026 using the RTGS Data Lake as the single source of truth.
- The cards will cover 1.4 crore families and carry QR codes with nearly 25 categories of static and dynamic data, including Aadhaar, vaccination, caste, ration, scholarships and pensions.
- Departments were told to reflect all civic services and welfare benefits on the card to streamline eligibility checks and access to schemes.
- Swarnandhra Vision Units will assist villages and towns in updating household information ahead of issuance.
- Chief Secretary K. Vijayanand and senior officials reviewed the rollout at the Secretariat, with statewide distribution slated for June 2026.
