Overview
- The Cabinet cleared multiple industrial land allocations, including a 50‑acre Drone Industries Park at Orvakal, 100 acres to Sigachi Industries for a synthetic organics plant, 150 acres to Dozco India in Anakapalli, and sites for a Veda Innovation Park in Krishna district and a TMT bar unit in Anantapur.
- Energy measures include a Renewable Energy Manufacturing Zone over 1,000 acres in Bapatla’s Ballikurava, a 250 MW solar project in Kurnool awarded to SAEL Solar P12, and expansion of the Chittamvalasa pumped storage project in Vizianagaram from 800 MW to 1,800 MW by Navayuga Engineering with ₹7,972 crore in private investment.
