Overview
- The Junta awarded the Málaga third hospital contract to the Sando–OHLA–Vialterra joint venture for €543.3 million (€449 million before VAT), with a 75‑month build and a 23‑year car park concession.
- The project is financed through the Andalucía 2021–2027 FEDER program, split 85% European funds and 15% regional funding, with construction expected to start in the first half of 2026.
