Ancient Roman Temple Complex Opened to Public
- Four ancient Roman temples dating back to the 3rd century B.C. have been opened to public visitation.
- The temples were previously only visible from nearby sidewalks but have now been excavated and made accessible.
- Two of the temples are believed to have been part of Pompey's Curia, the site of Julius Caesar's assassination.
- The temples are dedicated to female deities, including Fortuna, the goddess of chance and fertility.
- Artifacts from the site, like a stone colossal head and winged angel fragment, are on display.
