- Officials identified the victim as 17-year-old Shahid Ahmad of Larnoo village, injured on Sunday near the camp’s fencing.
- He was first treated at GMC Anantnag and then shifted to the Army’s 92 Base Hospital in Srinagar, where he died on Monday.
- Authorities said he had entered the fenced area of the Khundroo camp and stepped on a landmine that detonated.
