Overview

• The incident occurred on September 16, 2023 at Tameside General Hospital during a laparoscopic gallbladder operation, involving theatres five and eight.
• A colleague identified as Nurse NT found Dr Suhail Anjum with a nurse in a compromising position, moments after he left saying he was taking a comfort break.
