Overview

• Amul published a revised price list for more than 700 product packs, saying it will pass the full GST reduction to consumers from September 22.
• Notable cuts include ghee down by Rs 40 to Rs 610 per litre, butter (100 g) to Rs 58 from Rs 62, and processed cheese (1 kg) to Rs 545 from Rs 575.
• Frozen paneer (200 g) will be Rs 95, Amul Taaza toned milk 1L Tetra Pak will be Rs 75, and Amul Gold 1L Tetra Pak will be Rs 80.
• In ice cream, Tub Vanilla Magic 1L drops by Rs 15 to Rs 180, and Amul Peanut Spread 900 g falls to Rs 300 from Rs 325.
• Amul said it has informed distributors, Amul Parlours and retailers nationwide, as Mother Dairy also announced comparable price cuts effective the same day.
