Amtrak Train Derails After Hitting Truck, Minor Injuries Reported

An Amtrak train carrying nearly 200 passengers derailed in Moorpark, California after striking a county water truck.
Three of the train's seven cars went off the tracks, but remained upright.
The truck driver was critically injured and taken to a trauma center with a head injury.
Fourteen people on the train were taken to hospitals with minor injuries.
The circumstances leading up to the crash are still under investigation.
