• Advance tickets are now available on Amtrak’s website, mobile app and at station ticket counters for the twice-daily Gulf Coast service.
• The line will officially launch on August 18, preceded by an invitation-only inaugural run on August 16.
• The route features morning and evening departures from both New Orleans and Mobile with stops at Bay Saint Louis, Gulfport, Biloxi and Pascagoula.
• Adult fares start at $15 one way with discounts available for children, students, seniors, veterans, military families and group travelers.
• Coach and business-class cars include café service, reclining seats, complimentary Wi-Fi and carry-on space, and small pets are allowed in carriers.
