América Femenil Thrashes Chorrillo 9–0 in CONCACAF W Champions Cup

Playing away in Panama City at Estadio Rommel Fernández, América opened the scoring in the 14th minute through Kiana Palacios and never let up. Irene Guerrero struck three times, Bruna Vilamala netted a brace, Palacios added a second, and Montse Saldívar and Scarlett Camberos rounded out the nine. The victory was América's first Group A win following an opening 0-0 draw against Alajuelense. Chorrillo entered its home debut after a 6-0 loss to Pachuca in its tournament opener. The match was televised by ESPN with streaming on Disney+, and América's next group game is September 18 against Pachuca at Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes.
