- The Sarayu, spread over 51 acres, is set to be inaugurated on January 22, the same day as the grand consecration ceremony of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
- The enclave, developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), will also feature a five-star palace hotel and is expected to be completed by March 2028.
- Ayodhya is undergoing significant development, with a new airport, refurbished railway station, and a series of hotels and housing projects, including India's first vegetarian-only seven-star hotel.
- Bachchan's investment is seen as a reflection of confidence in Ayodhya's economic potential and appreciation for its spiritual heritage.
