Overview
- The event began at Mahatma Mandir with an inauguration by the Union Home Minister, convening founders, investors and policymakers.
- Organisers say the conclave draws more than 1,000 startups, 5,000 innovators, 100 industry mentors and over 50 venture funds.
- Pitching sessions by 50-plus shortlisted startups are expected to unlock about Rs 250 crore, following reported pre-event letters of intent and commitments of roughly Rs 150 crore.
- Over 170 startups from 20 states are exhibiting across defence, aerospace, healthcare, clean energy, agritech, deep tech and social impact, including selections from Startup India, MeitY and iDEX.
- Planned deliverables include releases of a coffee-table book, an NEP-2020 dashboard and an Indian Knowledge System compendium, with the state facilitating around 50 MoUs and the distribution of funding cheques and Letters of Intent; Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Minister Rushikesh Patel attended the opening.
