Overview
- The platform was inaugurated on January 9 via video link and is housed at the NSG garrison in Manesar, Gurugram.
- Developed under the NSG’s National Bomb Data Centre with support from RRU, IIT Delhi, NIA and I4C, it builds on records maintained since 1999.
- Agencies including the NIA, state ATS units, state police and CAPFs get two-way, secure access, with about 800 users already onboard.
- AI and machine-learning tools enable pattern and signature analysis, post-blast forensics and predictive assessments to identify linkages across cases.
- Authorities plan to link the system to ICJS-2 under a ‘One Nation, One Data Repository’ approach, alongside expanding NSG hubs, including a new Ayodhya center, to speed response.
