• On August 4, FAA regulations were breached when Peter “Kobe” Nguyen vaped in the lavatory of American Airlines Flight 2860 from Phoenix to San Francisco.
• A flight attendant forced open the locked lavatory after detecting vapor, prompting Nguyen to accuse her of assault and record the exchange.
