AMD's Ryzen 9 9950X3D and RX 9070 GPUs Expected to Launch in Late March

Unconfirmed reports suggest AMD will debut its new high-performance CPUs and RDNA 4 GPUs in a dedicated event by the end of Q1 2025.

AMD's Ryzen 9 9950X3D and Ryzen 9 9900X3D CPUs are rumored to launch alongside the RDNA 4-based RX 9070 GPUs by late March 2025.
The Ryzen 9 9950X3D is expected to feature 16 cores, 32 threads, and 144MB of cache, while the Ryzen 9 9900X3D will offer 12 cores, 24 threads, and 140MB of cache.
These CPUs will reportedly utilize AMD's 2nd-generation 3D V-Cache technology, enabling higher thermal headroom and improved boost clock speeds compared to previous models.
The RDNA 4 RX 9070 XT GPU is speculated to include 16GB of memory and performance comparable to Nvidia's RTX 4080 Super, with pre-orders potentially starting on March 23.
While AMD has not officially confirmed these details, leaks suggest a standalone event will showcase these products, emphasizing their gaming and performance capabilities.
