- AMD introduced the Threadripper Halo Station at IFA 2026 as a prototype deskside AI workstation built around the 96-core Threadripper PRO 9995WX and up to four Instinct MI350P accelerators.
- Each MI350P has 144 GB of HBM3e and 4 TB/s of memory bandwidth, so a four-card config would offer 576 GB of HBM3e capacity that AMD says can hold trillion-parameter model weights on‑device.
