  • The Ryzen 5 9600X3D features six cores, 12 threads and 96 MB of L3 cache built on second-generation 3D V-Cache technology.
  • System integrators will receive the new CPUs in late Q3 2025, with availability opening to DIY builders at the start of Q4.
