AMC and Regal debut Galactus, H.E.R.B.I.E. and Fantasticar popcorn buckets for Fantastic Four

Cinema chains are tapping into summer blockbuster mania with large collectible buckets priced at an estimated $35 to $45.

Overview

  • AMC has revealed a 17-inch-tall, 20-inch-wide Galactus head bucket that holds a large popcorn.
  • Theaters will offer an H.E.R.B.I.E.-shaped concession vessel designed to carry popcorn, soda and candy in one unit.
  • AMC will also sell character tins and totem cups featuring Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, The Thing and Galactus.
  • Regal Cinemas plans to introduce a Fantasticar-shaped popcorn container ahead of the film’s July 25 premiere.
  • This follows the limited-edition snack vessel trend sparked by Dune Part 2’s viral "wormussy" bucket, which has become a staple of summer releases.
