Ambev Opens 2027 Trainee and Internship Programs With R$9,500 Trainee Pay

Overview

• Ambev opened applications this week and will accept candidates through Sept. 2, 2026 on the Kolab platform.
• The Global Trainee pays R$9,500, runs for 10 months and targets graduates from Dec. 2024 to Dec. 2026 with no more than two years of full-time work experience and intermediate or advanced English.
• The trainee intake is for Business and Supply Chain roles that require in-person work and willingness to relocate, with selection stages that include online tests, a video step, interviews, a business game and a final panel running through November.
• The 2027 internship program is open to students graduating between Dec. 2027 and Dec. 2028, offers regionally varying stipends and places interns in dozens of Brazilian cities across supply, business and tech functions.
• Ambev says the trainee curriculum includes a week-long South American immersion, possible international rotations and mentorship, a package designed to give early-career hires strategic project experience and direct contact with senior leaders.
