Amber Alert Issued for 16-Year-Old Pregnant Wisconsin Girl Believed to Be with 40-Year-Old Man

Authorities are searching for Sophia Franklin and Gary Day, who is charged with child abduction and enticement, as they are believed to be traveling in a black Buick LaCrosse.

Day has been charged with two counts of child abduction and two counts of child enticement, though he faces no charges related to the pregnancy due to Arkansas' age of consent laws.
Franklin was last seen at her home in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, on Sunday night, with Day spotted near her home early Monday morning before they reportedly fled.
The pair is believed to be traveling in a black 2014 Buick LaCrosse, which has been seen with Arkansas and Pennsylvania license plates to evade detection.
