• Peel Regional Police said the boy, identified in the alert as eight-month-old Zaid Rahman, was found in good health and the alert was canceled at about 6:40 p.m.
• Police said the infant was located after being abandoned by the suspect, who has not been found.
• Investigators are looking for Memon, described as five-foot-nine with black hair and a beard and weighing about 120 pounds.
• He is believed to be operating a grey 2023 Nissan Rogue with Ontario licence plate CZLM113.
• Authorities urged anyone with information to call 911 and not to approach, following emergency phone alerts sent across Ontario earlier in the evening.
