Amazon Unveils Teaser for 'Like a Dragon: Yakuza' Series

The live-action adaptation of the hit Sega video game will premiere on Prime Video in October.

The series will follow Kazuma Kiryu's life between 1995 and 2005 in the fictional Tokyo district of Kamurochō.
The show will be released in two parts, with the first three episodes debuting on October 24 and the final three on November 1.
Directed by Take Masaharu and Takimoto Kengo, the series stars Takeuchi Ryoma and Kaku Kento.
The adaptation aims to stay true to its Japanese roots, featuring a Japanese cast and language.
The series explores new stories not covered in the video games, focusing on the lives of gangsters and their complex relationships.
