Amazon Unveils Eero Outdoor 7 for Expansive Wi-Fi Coverage

The new weatherproof Wi-Fi extender aims to bring fast and reliable connectivity to outdoor spaces, supporting a range of smart home devices.

The Eero Outdoor 7 is a dual-band Wi-Fi 7 access point that extends coverage up to 15,000 square feet outdoors.
Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, the device is IP66-rated and operates in temperatures from -40F to 130F.
It supports speeds up to 2.1 Gbps and includes features like TrueMesh, TrueChannel, and TrueRoam for optimal connectivity.
The extender is compatible with all existing Eero systems and can serve as a smart home hub supporting Thread, Zigbee, and Matter.
Available from November 13, the Eero Outdoor 7 is priced at $350, with an optional power adapter bundle costing $400.
