Overview
- A bright blue Add to Delivery button now appears on eligible product pages in the Amazon app and on mobile web, replacing Buy Now in that context and offering an immediate Undo option.
- The feature is limited to U.S. Prime members on mobile and only shows up when items can still be added to deliveries arriving later the same day or the next day.
- Items added this way are charged to the same payment method, sent to the same address, and do not incur additional shipping fees.
- Amazon says the tool supports a wide range of categories, including pantry staples, pet supplies, electronics, clothing, books, and some grocery items, subject to eligibility.
- After a quiet test that began in August, Amazon reports Prime members have used Add to Delivery about 50 million times, with no international rollout timetable announced.
