Overview
- Amazon re‑listed the 14‑inch MacBook Pro with the M5 Pro (15‑core CPU, 16‑core GPU, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD) in Space Black for $2,069.10 this weekend (Oct. 17–18), after the same SKU sold out earlier in the week.
- That configuration uses Apple’s M5 Pro chip and a 14.2‑inch Liquid Retina XDR display and includes three Thunderbolt 5 ports, HDMI, an SDXC slot, MagSafe 3, and up to 22 hours of video streaming battery life.
- The $2,069.10 price is about $429.90–$430 below Apple’s $2,499 list price for this exact configuration, producing one of the lowest tracked prices for an M5 Pro 14‑inch model.
- Availability and savings are highly SKU‑ and finish‑specific, with reports noting these listings can sell out or change fast and that publishers verified prices at time of publication and disclosed affiliate links.
- Retail observers say similar short‑lived markdowns across other M5, M5 Pro and M5 Max MacBook Pro and Mac Studio SKUs point to inventory clearing and create rare opportunities for buyers to grab high‑end Apple hardware at near record lows.
