Amazon Prime Video Taps Taylor Rooks, Blake Griffin, and Dirk Nowitzki for NBA Studio Coverage

The trio will headline Amazon's NBA broadcasting team as part of the streaming giant's new 11-year, $20 billion deal starting in the 2025-26 season.

Taylor Rooks has been announced as the host of Amazon Prime Video's NBA studio show, joined by first-time analysts Blake Griffin and Dirk Nowitzki.
Amazon's NBA coverage will include 66 regular-season games, the NBA Cup knockout rounds, play-in tournament games, and exclusive playoff matchups, including six conference finals over 11 years.
The studio show will be based at the Amazon MGM Studios lot in Culver City, California, featuring fresh perspectives and insights from the new team.
Blake Griffin, a six-time All-Star and recently retired player, aims to bring a contemporary player's perspective to the broadcast, while Dirk Nowitzki brings Hall of Fame credentials and European appeal.
This marks a significant step for Amazon in sports broadcasting, with additional talent still being considered to round out the coverage team.
