- The claims window closes July 27, 2026, and eligible U.S. Prime members who did not get an automatic payment must file on the official settlement site to be considered.
- Eligibility requires signing up for Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025 and either unintentionally enrolling or trying and failing to cancel through the contested enrollment or cancellation flows.
- Automatic payments went to some members last year who used three or fewer Prime benefits, while the current claims phase covers customers who used more than three but fewer than ten benefits in any 12-month period.
- Approved second-wave claims are capped at $51 per person, will be drawn from the $1.5 billion consumer fund, are typically reviewed within 30 days, and are expected to be paid beginning in September 2026.
