Amazon Orders Docuseries and Scripted Series on 2022 Idaho Murders

Prime Video collaborates with Skydance and Story Syndicate to explore the tragic case and its impact.

The docuseries and scripted series will cover the murders of four University of Idaho students and the investigation that followed.
Liz Garbus and Matthew Galkin will co-direct the docuseries, with Garbus also directing the first episode of the scripted series.
The projects are based on an upcoming nonfiction book by James Patterson and journalist Vicky Ward.
Exclusive interviews with the families of victims Ethan Chapin and Maddie Mogen will be featured.
Bryan Kohberger, the suspect in the case, is set to go on trial in 2025.
