Overview
- Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days sale, which began Tuesday, features notable DeWalt markdowns including the DCK540D1 20V MAX 5‑Tool Combo Kit at $449 and the DW089LG green laser level at $349.
- Many DeWalt listings are explicitly time‑bound: most deals run through Oct. 7 but several high-profile items, including the 5‑tool kit and the DCK360D3 3‑tool set, are scheduled to expire late on Oct. 6.
- Batteries are generally packaged inside kits for this sale, so offers that include multiple batteries (for example the DCK360D3 with three batteries at $299) change the value calculation for buyers who need extra packs.
- Price tracking shows mixed results: the DW089LG matches its lowest recorded Amazon price, while several mechanics sets and accessories are still more expensive than past lows.
- Most DeWalt deals require an Amazon Prime membership, with the DCE154B copper tubing cutter the sole non‑Prime exception, so shoppers should verify listings on Amazon and act quickly to avoid sellouts or changing prices.
