Amazon Announces New Affordable Echo Lineup and Echo Pop Wi-Fi Extender

Amazon unveiled a new $40 Echo Pop smart speaker with a semi-sphere design and front-facing speaker that can extend Wi-Fi range.
The Echo Pop undercuts the Echo Dot in price and targets younger users, functioning as an entry into smart home systems and doubling as a Wi-Fi extender.
In addition to the Echo Pop, Amazon refreshed other Echo devices like the Echo Show 5, Echo Buds, and Echo Auto.
The new Echo Show 5 features an improved speaker and processor while the new Echo Buds are half the price of the previous version.
