Amagi Sets Rs 343–361 Price Band for Rs 1,788 Crore IPO Opening Jan. 13

The pricing signals a valuation reset from its last private round.

Overview

  • The subscription runs Jan. 13–16 with anchor bidding on Jan. 12, reserving 75% for QIBs, 15% for NIIs and 10% for retail, with a lot size of 41 shares.
  • The offer totals about Rs 1,788 crore, including a Rs 816 crore fresh issue and an OFS of roughly 2.7 crore shares by existing investors.
  • Allotment is tentatively slated for Jan. 19, demat credits for Jan. 20 and listing on BSE and NSE for Jan. 21.
  • Of the fresh proceeds, Rs 550 crore will fund technology and cloud capacity, acquisitions and general corporate purposes, deployed across FY26–FY28.
  • The company trimmed the issue size from earlier proposals, and reported FY25 revenue of about Rs 1,162–1,163 crore with a Rs 6.4 crore profit in H1 FY26 on Rs 704.8 crore revenue.
