Amagi Sets IPO Price Band at ₹343–₹361, Opens Jan. 13 After Trimming Offer

The cloud media software firm targets roughly ₹7,800–₹7,966 crore in valuation, pairing a smaller offer with plans for tech upgrades plus selective acquisitions.

  • The public offer totals about ₹1,788.6 crore, comprising a ₹816 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of 2.7 crore shares valued at ₹972.6 crore at the top of the band.
  • Anchor bidding is slated for Jan. 12, the subscription window runs Jan. 13–16, allotment is tentatively Jan. 19, and listing is targeted for Jan. 21 on the BSE and NSE.
  • At the upper end of the price range, the implied valuation is reported at roughly ₹7,800–₹7,966 crore.
  • Of the fresh proceeds, ₹550 crore is earmarked for technology and cloud infrastructure, inorganic growth and general corporate purposes, with phased deployment of ₹82 crore in FY26, ₹359 crore in FY27 and ₹108 crore in FY28.
  • Reservations allocate 75% to qualified institutional buyers, 15% to non-institutional investors and 10% to retail investors, with book-runners Kotak Mahindra Capital, Citigroup Global Markets India, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities, IIFL Capital Services and Avendus Capital; Amagi reported ₹1,162 crore revenue in FY25 and a ₹6.4 crore profit on ₹704.8 crore revenue in H1 FY26.
