Alteryx Introduces Agent Studio and MCP Server for Governed AI Automation

At its Inspire 2026 event in Orlando, Alteryx announced new Alteryx One features built to run AI on vetted business workflows.
Agent Studio packages trusted datasets and versioned business rules into reusable agents that teams can manage inside Alteryx One.
MCP Server extends those agents into Slack and Microsoft Teams and connects them to large language models such as OpenAI and Claude.
Deployment now spans Workspace Execution for cloud runs and Data Bridge for secure on‑prem access, with Server Execution coming soon for cloud control of on‑prem workflows.
Alteryx cites 380 million customer workflows last year and says that scale demands tighter controls like data labels, asset certification, centralized connection management, and SDLC promotion coming soon.
