Overview

• Weekday retail hours would run 11:00–19:00, with Friday sales ending at 16:00, and sales would stop entirely on weekends and public holidays.
• The plan would shut alcomarkets, bar retail alcohol sales in apartment buildings and near kindergartens and schools, and close informal “nalivayki” in residential areas.
