Overview
- Alo, which launched the collection Wednesday, July 22, 2026, is selling six silhouettes priced from $250 to $375 on its website and at Alo Sanctuary stores globally with the exception of South Korea.
- The range was designed in Los Angeles and handcrafted in Japan using premium Takiron acetate with select frames fitted with palladium or gold-plated hardware and hand-polished surfaces for added luster.
- Alo kept the debut focused after several years of development, choosing six recognizable shapes — rectangle, skinny oval, cat-eye, aviator, wire, and a sportier wraparound speed — rather than a large assortment.
- The launch is supported by a fashion-forward campaign shot in Miami by director Bardia Zeinali with photographer Stuart Winecoff and a cast that includes Lila Moss, Amelia Gray, Lara Stone, Alton Mason, Matthew Noszka and Estelle Chen.
- The eyewear drop follows Alo’s 2023 footwear push and 2025 Italian-made handbags and serves as a test of whether the brand’s wellness-rooted identity can extend into accessible-luxury accessories, with Alo not yet confirming optical or prescription plans.
