Alligator Relocated After Multiple Sightings at MacDill Air Force Base

The 12-foot reptile, nicknamed 'Major MacDill,' was safely moved to a sanctuary after twice appearing on the Tampa base.

The alligator was first spotted in late April under an aircraft's landing gear.
It returned to the base weeks later, this time near a medical building.
Wildlife officials captured and relocated the gator to Gatorama park, 150 miles away.
The gator has been named 'Major MacDill' and now resides in a protected pond.
MacDill AFB humorously appointed the gator to its 'complaint department' on social media.
