Alleged leader of NYC club drugging ring arrested in connection with 17 robberies, 2 deaths

Three men have been charged for 17 drugging incidents in New York City that caused two deaths.
The alleged leader, Jayqwan Hamilton, faces murder and other charges for the deaths of John Umberger and Julio Ramirez.
Two other men were previously arrested; Hamilton was arrested Monday.
The incidents were part of a "citywide robbery scheme" targeting gay bars.
Officials defended the pace of the investigation and encouraged more victims to come forward.
