• Mexican authorities flew him from Asunción on an FGR Challenger 605 with stops in Bogotá and Tapachula, reaching Toluca on Thursday evening after roughly 33 hours.
• At the airport an AIC agent read him his rights and served the state warrant for association, extortion and express kidnapping; a separate federal order for organized crime was not executed.
• A security convoy moved him in an armored Rhino from the Toluca airport to the Altiplano maximum-security prison in Almoloya de Juárez, where he was booked around 23:00.
• The Tabasco case, under causa penal 213/2025, also names alleged accomplices and ties him to a 2019 kidnapping of a businessman linked to fuel theft.
• His capture in Paraguay involved Interpol and Paraguayan authorities, who expelled him and handed him to Mexico on September 17; a hearing before a Tabasco control judge will be held by videoconference.
