• Rescuers on Tuesday located the submerged car about 70 meters from the bridge and found Constable Aarti Pal’s body in the rear of the vehicle, according to Ujjain SP Pradeep Sharma.
• A local diver, Mohammad Irfan, spotted the car after a four-day effort that ran daily from early morning to late evening.
• The body of SHO Ashok Sharma was recovered on Sunday morning and Sub-Inspector Madan Lal was found on Monday evening, roughly 45 hours after the crash.
• Officials say the vehicle fell from a bridge without railings into the monsoon-swollen Shipra/Kshipra river as the officers traveled to investigate a missing 14-year-old.
• Roughly 130 personnel from NDRF, SDRF/SDERF, Home Guards, police and local divers used boats, drones and sonar, with the downstream dam closed to slow the flow during the search; eyewitnesses reported Pal was driving.
