This marks the 30-year-old's first national indoor title, achieved in the absence of key competitors Rebekka Haase and Gina Lückenkemper.
Burghardt's performance places her eighth on the global rankings for the season and qualifies her for both the European Indoor Championships in Apeldoorn and the World Indoor Championships in Nanjing.
She aims to break the 11-second barrier in the 100 meters during the outdoor season and is targeting qualification for the World Championships in Tokyo this September.
