Alexander Skarsgård appeared in the latest episode of 'What We Do in the Shadows,' playing a vampire reminiscent of his 'True Blood' character Eric Northman.
The cameo occurred during a gathering of New York vampires hosted by Doug Jones' character, Baron Afanas, as part of a storyline about the Baron's leadership ambitions.
Skarsgård humorously downplayed his appearance, joking that he was hypnotized by the character Laszlo Cravensworth and has since started a fan page for him.
The FX series is known for featuring actors with previous vampire roles, including Wesley Snipes, Tilda Swinton, and Evan Rachel Wood, in its comedic take on vampire lore.
