Aldi’s Urban Eats Gyoza Recalled Again Over Glass Risk Across Six States

FSANZ directs consumers to return 750g packs due to the injury risk from glass.

  • Food Standards Australia New Zealand issued a fresh recall for 750g Urban Eats Japanese Style Vegetable Gyoza after glass was detected.
  • The latest recall covers best-before dates from April 10, 2027 to June 15, 2027.
  • The affected dumplings were sold at Aldi stores in New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
  • Consumers are advised not to eat the product, to return it for a full refund, and to seek medical advice if concerned.
  • The notice follows a July recall of the same product with a best-before date of March 27, 2027, and FSANZ also recalled Fine Food WA’s crunchy brown rice salad from Woolworths in WA over potential Listeria with a use-by of September 22, 2025.
