Aldi to Open 180-Plus U.S. Stores in 2026 as It Enters Colorado and Maine

The discount grocer says recent customer gains are driving the expansion.

  • The chain will continue converting Southeastern Grocers sites, targeting close to 80 conversions in 2026 and more than 200 by the end of 2027, while adding 10 Phoenix stores in 2026 on the way to 40 by 2030 and doubling its Las Vegas count by 2030.
