The film is inspired by true events from the 1965 India-Pakistan war, focusing on India's response to attacks on its air bases, including a mission targeting Pakistan's Sargodha airbase.
Veer Pahariya, grandson of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Sushilkumar Shinde, makes his debut as a pilot who goes missing during the mission, with Sara Ali Khan playing his wife.
The film features evocative patriotic elements, including a rendition of 'Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon,' and dialogues emphasizing bravery and nationalism.
'Sky Force,' directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, is set to release in theaters on January 24, coinciding with Republic Day celebrations.
