Akshay Kumar sold his 1,073 sq. ft. apartment in Oberoi Realty's Sky City, Borivali East, for ₹4.35 crore, achieving an 84% profit since its purchase in 2017 for ₹2.37 crore.
The transaction, registered in March 2025, included two parking spaces and incurred a stamp duty of ₹26.1 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
The Sky City project spans 25 acres and offers a variety of residential units, including 2BHK, 3BHK, studio, and duplex apartments.
In January 2025, Akshay Kumar sold another unit in the same building for ₹4.25 crore, reflecting a 78% appreciation in value.
Borivali East is a sought-after location in Mumbai, known for its green spaces, strong connectivity, and proximity to landmarks like Sanjay Gandhi National Park and Kanheri Caves.
