Overview

  • Bhatia shot a 4-under 66 on Moving Day at Caves Valley, highlighted by a 93-yard sand-wedge eagle on the par-4 seventh and a 5-iron ace on the 227-yard 17th, the first of his PGA Tour career.
  • His ace awarded him a BMW iX M70 and activated a $125,000 donation from BMW of North America to the Evans Scholars Foundation for a four-year caddie scholarship bearing his name.
  • The third-round comeback vaulted him into projected FedEx Cup top-30 territory—around 28th–29th—putting him on the bubble for next week’s season-ending Tour Championship.
  • Bhatia said he does not need the new car and is considering gifting it to his caddie or donating it to charity.
  • He heads into Sunday’s final round needing a solid performance to lock down a spot in the Tour Championship field at East Lake.
