AirAsia CEO criticized for posting shirtless massage photo during video meeting

AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes posted a photo of himself shirtless getting a massage during a video meeting.
The photo posted on LinkedIn showed Fernandes appearing to preside over a conference call while a woman massaged his shoulders.
Fernandes faced heavy criticism on social media for the post being inappropriate and unprofessional.
He later deleted the post stating he didn't mean to offend anyone and that he couldn't explain his thought process behind it.
Fernandes acquired AirAsia in 2001 and transformed it into a major low-cost airline in Southeast Asia.
