Air India Launches First Direct DelhiManila Route

The five-times-weekly A321LR service expands the carrier’s Southeast Asia footprint.

Overview

  • The inaugural flight departed Delhi on October 1, establishing India’s first nonstop link to the Philippines.
  • Flights run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays using Airbus A321LR aircraft with Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins.
  • Flight AI2362 leaves Delhi at 1:20 pm and arrives in Manila at 10:40 pm, with return AI2361 departing at 11:40 pm and landing in Delhi at 3:50 am the next day.
  • The new route offers Filipino passengers one-stop access to Air India’s network across Europe and North America via Delhi.
  • With Manila added, Air India now serves eight destinations across seven countries in Southeast Asia.
