Air India Express to Launch Bengaluru Flights to Jeddah, Riyadh and Kuwait From Oct. 26–27

The low-cost carrier deepens its Bengaluru hub to serve expatriates, business travelers, families, plus Umrah pilgrims.

  • Services begin with Jeddah on October 26, followed by Riyadh and Kuwait on October 27, with tickets on sale via the airline’s website, app and major travel portals.
  • Frequencies are three weekly flights on each route: Jeddah on Monday, Thursday and Sunday; Riyadh on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Kuwait on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Introductory one-way fares start at ₹13,500 for Riyadh, ₹13,600 for Kuwait and ₹19,500 for Jeddah, according to the airline.
  • Air India Express frames the additions as part of its winter schedule push from Bengaluru, following new links to Kathmandu, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Dehradun, with Bangkok from October 18 and Jodhpur and Udaipur from November 1.
  • The airline says Bengaluru now connects to 35 domestic and 7 international destinations with over 440 weekly flights, positioning the city as one of its fastest-growing hubs.
